How often should I have my bike serviced?
We tune every new e-bike to ensure it's ready to ride, but it's normal for some parts to loosen a little over time. To ensure years of smooth riding, we recommend having your new bike professionally checked after three months or 1,000 km of riding. Here's what they'll do:
-Tighten and lubricate the chain
-Adjust the brakes
- Align the wheels
-Check the speeds
-Tighten all bolts
-Lubricate the brake and derailleur cables
-Check tire pressure
