1. Improved hydraulic braking system
Problem identification
In 2024, we collected user feedback on driving performance and noted frequent reports of oil leaks in the hydraulic brakes. A detailed analysis with our technical team identified a leak in one of the components of the deactivated DYISLAND hydraulic brakes, which was the cause of the leaks.
Improvement solution
We replaced the hydraulic braking system with ZOOM G202 four-piston hydraulic brakes. This upgrade not only eliminates oil leakage issues, but also improves braking responsiveness and safety. Riders now enjoy precise, sensitive, and fast braking performance, even at high speeds or in emergencies.
2. Rear suspension improvement: switching from hydraulic spring suspension to air suspension
Problem identification
The original hydraulic spring rear suspension was reported to be ineffective on rough roads. It did not absorb shocks properly, resulting in suspension impacts on the frame, increasing the risk of frame cracks and posing a safety hazard, especially for heavier riders.
Improvement solution
To solve this problem, we replaced the hydraulic spring rear suspension with an air suspension. This new system allows riders to adjust the air pressure according to their weight and preferences, providing a more comfortable and personalized riding experience.
How to adjust air suspension?
If you notice a decrease in the damping effect of the rear suspension, you can use a pump with a pressure gauge to inflate it. The recommended air pressure for the X3000Max air suspension is between 100 PSI and 250 PSI, with a default setting of 150 PSI. If the pressure is below 100 PSI, inflation is necessary.
